This is … well actually, no one knows his true name.  Everybody just calls him Aqua.  There was a time when he ruled over Uranus as Aquarius.

As with his name, there is not much information that is known about him.  The Zodiac avatars know that he came from outer space (landed in their back yard in fact), and has a preoccupation with observing everyone and everything.  He has notebooks upon notebooks full of information that only he is privy to.  Also he loves buckets (pails, jars, cups, pots, vases, pools, etc).

Aqua has an affinity for mysterious alien technology, and tends to surround himself with a series of bizarre knick-knacks and devices.  He prefers to hide out in his laboratory in the back yard, but when he does show his face, the rest of the house tends to feel slightly uncomfortable.  Something’s definitely right about this guy.
